The M3SWA2-34DR+ is a GaAs MMIC SPDT absorptive switch with integrated driver, designed for broadband operation from DC to 30 GHz. The switch delivers fast nanosecond switching across a wide frequency range with minimal gate lag. This model offers excellent isolation, high linearity, and can handle RF input power up to +27 dBm. It is housed in a compact 3×3 mm QFN-style package for easy integration into space-constrained assemblies.
