Introduction

The MSW0240D2 is designed to cover a wide application range from 20 MHz to 4000 MHz. It is a reflective switch fabricated using GaAs process technology, controllable via single-pin or complementary control inputs. At a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V, a typical input 1dB compression point of +33.5 dBm is achievable. All components are 100% RF tested. Electrical specifications are tested under the following conditions: @ +25°C, VDD = 3V, 50Ω.
