Introduction

RFSW1012 is a single-pole double-throw switch designed for applications requiring ultra-low insertion loss and high power handling capability. Its excellent linearity performance makes it ideal for LTE, WCDMA, and CDMA applications. The switch is also well-suited for cable TV and satellite TV applications. The device is housed in a compact 2mm × 2mm, 12-pin QFN package.
