Introduction

Low-cost SPDT RF switch for sub-8GHz applications, implemented in silicon process. Input 0.1dB compression point up to 40dBm, insertion loss below 0.5dB within 4GHz, switching time less than 400ns. Single supply and single control signal, housed in a compact 2×2mm² SMT plastic package. Pin-compatible with RFSW8000 and MASW-007107.
