Introduction

HX11022-LGA is a DPDT switch designed for multimode wideband LTE/5G NR cellular applications, operating across a frequency range of 100 MHz to 6.0 GHz. Its RF performance is optimized for low insertion loss and high linearity to meet the stringent requirements of all LTE/5G NR standards. The device integrates a DPDT switch and GPIO controller on a single SOI die, delivering low insertion loss on each transceiver path while maintaining high isolation and minimal harmonics. It also provides excellent linearity performance, making it ideal for LTE/5G NR applications. An internal decoder simplifies GPIO connectivity and supports digital control signals. The SOI architecture of the HX11022-LGA eliminates the need for external DC-blocking capacitors, reducing cost and saving PCB space. The product is housed in a compact 1.1 mm × 1.5 mm, 10-pin LGA package with a profile height of only 0.54 mm, and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Per JEDEC J-STD-020, the HX11022-LGA is rated at moisture sensitivity level 3 at temperatures up to 260°C.
