Introduction

The ARW3222 is a low-cost reflective SPDT RF switch designed for applications below 4GHz, fabricated using silicon process technology. It features an input 0.1dB compression point of up to 36dBm, insertion loss of less than 0.4dB below 2GHz, isolation of greater than 28dB below 2GHz, and a switching time of less than 0.5µs. The device is housed in an SC-70 package with an ultra-compact footprint and is pin-compatible with the PE4259.
