Introduction

The LX8648M is a Silicon On Insulator (SOI) Single Pole, Four-Throw (SP4T) antenna switch with a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) which require very low insertion loss, high isolation and high linearity performance. The high linearity performance and low insertion loss for 5G NR, UMTS, CDMA2000, and LTE applications. The LX8648M is manufactured in a compact 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.46mm, 9-pin surface mount LGA package.
