Introduction

JSW2 - 63DR+ is a 3W high-power reflective SPDT RF switch with integrated CMOS driver. It operates from a single positive supply voltage with a typical current consumption of 37μA. In the off state, the output port presents a reflective short circuit. This switch is designed for ultra-wideband operation from 5 to 6000 MHz, housed in a compact 2mm x 2mm x 0.55mm package, with MSL level 1 and HBM ESD level 1B.
