Introduction

ARW3271L is a high-performance absorptive SPDT silicon-based RF switch targeting applications below 30GHz. It features isolation greater than 55dB below 30GHz, insertion loss below 2dB across the full frequency band, input P0.1dB of 32dBm, and switching time of 3.6µs. Housed in an LGA 3×3mm² package with pin compatibility with ADRF5021, it is widely used in 5G millimeter-wave communications, test instrumentation, satellite communications, microwave point-to-point communications, and other applications.
