ARW3271 is a high-performance absorptive SPDT silicon-based RF switch targeting sub-30GHz applications, featuring isolation greater than 55dB below 30GHz, insertion loss below 2dB across the full frequency range, input P0.1dB of 33dBm, switching time of 115ns. It is housed in an LGA 3×3mm² package with pin compatibility with ADRF5020, and is widely used in 5G millimeter-wave communications, test instrumentation, satellite communications, microwave point-to-point communications, and more.
