ARW3472 is an absorptive SP4T silicon-based RF switch targeting sub-30GHz applications, featuring isolation greater than 50dB at 30GHz, insertion loss below 2.7dB across the full frequency band, an input 0.1dB compression point of 32dBm, and a switching time of 80ns. The device is housed in a 4×4mm² LGA package with pin compatibility with the ADRF5044, making it suitable for 5G mmWave communications, test instrumentation, satellite communications, microwave point-to-point communications, and millimeter-wave security screening applications.
