Introduction

ARW3472L is an absorptive SP4T silicon RF switch targeting applications below 30GHz, featuring isolation greater than 55dB up to 30GHz, insertion loss below 2.7dB across the full frequency range, input P0.1dB of 32dBm, switching time of 7.2μs. It adopts an LGA 4×4mm² package with pin compatibility to ADRF5045, and is widely used in 5G millimeter-wave communications, test instrumentation, satellite communications, microwave point-to-point communications, millimeter-wave security screening systems, and other applications.
