Introduction

This device is a reflective SP4T silicon-based RF switch operating over a frequency range of 0.1~44GHz. At 44GHz, it provides isolation greater than 50dB with insertion loss below 3.0dB across the full frequency band. The input 0.1dB compression point reaches 29dBm with a switching time of 100ns. Packaged in an LGA 3×3mm² package, RoHS compliant.
