Introduction

ARW3171 is a CMOS-based SPST switch. The device is surface-mount compatible with low parasitic parameters, specifically designed for millimeter-wave intelligent reconfigurable surface applications. With a static power consumption of only 25μW, it is well-suited for large-scale integration, further reducing system routing complexity and board space. Across a wide frequency range of 10~35GHz, the switch on-resistance is better than 4.7Ω, while the off-state parasitic capacitance remains at 25fF. The switch can operate in continuous wave mode at an RF power of 20dBm, with an input third-order intercept point better than 30dBm.
