Introduction

CC113L is a cost-optimized sub-1 GHz RF receiver supporting the 300–348 MHz, 387–464 MHz, and 779–928 MHz bands. The device is based on the popular CC1101 RF transceiver and shares identical RF performance characteristics. The CC115L transmitter paired with the CC113L receiver enables a low-cost RF link.

The RF receiver integrates a highly configurable baseband demodulator. The modem supports multiple modulation formats and a configurable data rate of up to 600 kbps.

CC113L provides extensive hardware support for packet handling, data buffering, and burst transmission.

The main operating parameters of the CC113L and its 64-byte receive FIFO are controlled via an SPI interface. In a typical system, the CC113L is used alongside a microcontroller and a small number of passive components.
