Introduction

The Si47961/62 integrates two worldwide radio receivers. Its analog AM/FM receiver and digital radio tuner set a new standard for automotive broadcast reception. The Si47961/62 is the most highly integrated automotive tuner in the industry, with the smallest external BOM. Systems based on the Si47961/62 can scale from low-cost dual-tuner AM/FM radios to high-performance systems with multiple tuners and multiple antennas, enabling radio suppliers to reuse their R&D investments across multiple product lines — all using a common software API. Si47961/62 Grade A components meet stringent automotive quality standards.
