Introduction

The NEO-M8T and LEA-M8T concurrent GNSS modules deliver high-integrity, high-precision timing for demanding applications worldwide. In addition to GPS, they support BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo constellations to meet national requirements. Enhanced sensitivity and concurrent constellation reception extend coverage and integrity to challenging signal environments. Measurement inputs and fixed-position navigation reduce timing jitter even at low signal levels, and enable synchronization with as few as one satellite in view. On/off low duty-cycle operation is supported to reduce power consumption in battery-powered applications. u-blox timing products incorporate timing integrity measures such as receiver autonomous integrity monitoring and continuous phase ambiguity estimation. They feature high-dynamic-range radios with analog and digital jamming suppression, suitable for use alongside wireless communication equipment. A sophisticated RF architecture and interference suppression ensure performance even in harsh GNSS signal environments. The LEA-M8T incorporates a SAW filter and antenna power monitoring, making it ideal for use with active antennas or antenna signal distribution systems. The NEO-M8T incorporates an additional low-noise amplifier for improved performance when directly connected to a passive antenna, and supports external antenna power management.
