Introduction

Mini-Circuits' EP3-19+ is a GaAs IPD MMIC 3-way 0° power divider/combiner designed for wideband operation from 15 to 25 GHz, supporting a wide range of applications requiring high performance across broad frequency ranges, including 5G and test & measurement. This model, housed in a compact 3.5×2.5 mm 16-pin QFN package, delivers excellent power handling capability of up to 0.5 W / 0.63 W (as divider/combiner), good isolation, and low phase and amplitude imbalance. The EP3-19+ offers repeatable performance along with a high level of ESD protection.
