Introduction

MAPDCC0010 is a monolithic power divider IC fabricated using GMIC technology, housed in a low-cost SOT-25 plastic package. This two-way power divider is ideal for applications requiring small size, low insertion loss, excellent phase/amplitude tracking, and low cost. Typical applications include mobile handsets, base station switching networks, and other communications applications where board size and PCB space are critical. The device is available in a lead-free SOT-25 package featuring 100% matte tin plating, halogen-free "green" molding compound, compatibility with 260℃ reflow soldering, and RoHS compliance. The product is manufactured using a passive IC process with full-wafer passivation for enhanced performance and reliability.
