Introduction

MAPDCC0011 is a monolithic IC-based power divider fabricated using M/A-COM GMIC technology, housed in a low-cost SOT-26 plastic package. This two-way power divider is ideally suited for applications requiring compact size, low insertion loss, excellent phase/amplitude tracking, and low cost. Typical applications include personal communications systems and other communications applications where board size and PCB space are at a premium. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging. The MAPDCC0011 is manufactured using a passive IC process featuring full-wafer passivation for enhanced performance and reliability.
