Introduction

Mini-Circuits' GP2Y1A+ is a 50Ω GaAs MMIC 2-way power splitter/combiner operating over a frequency range of 1550 to 4400 MHz. Typical performance of the GP2Y1A+ includes: insertion loss of 1.1 dB, isolation of 22 dB, amplitude unbalance of 0.03 dB, and phase unbalance of 0.6°. In addition, when used as a power splitter, it offers excellent power handling capability of up to 10 W. This combination of characteristics makes it an ideal device for maintaining signal integrity and low signal distortion during signal distribution while handling high-power RF signals.
