Introduction

The F1751 single channel device is designed to operate with a single 5V supply. It is optimized for operation in a Multi - mode, Multi - carrier BaseStation Receiver over the frequency range from 1400MHz to 2500MHz using either lowside or highside LO. IF frequencies from 50MHz to 500MHz are supported. Nominally, the device offers +43dBm Output IP3 using HS LO or +37.5dBm using LS LO with 190mA of ICC.
