Introduction

This device is a dual-channel device powered by a single 5V supply. It is optimized for multi-carrier base station receivers, supporting the 698 to 915 MHz RF band with high- or low-side injection. IF frequencies from 50 to 300 MHz are supported. With simple external matching modifications, the 400 MHz RF band is also supported. Nominally, the device delivers an output IP3 of +43 dBm at an ICC of 330 mA. Alternatively, by adjusting 4 resistor values and a single switching pin, the device can be configured to operate in low-current mode (LC mode), providing an output IP3 of +36 dBm at an ICC of 235 mA.
