Introduction

This document describes the specifications of the IDTF1751 zero-distortion IF RF-to-IF single downconversion mixer. The device is part of a mixer family that provides low-side or high-side LO injection options for all UTRA bands. The F1751 single-channel device is designed to operate from a single 5V supply. It is optimized for operation in multimode, multi-carrier base station receivers using low-side or high-side LO injection in the frequency range of 1400MHz to 2500MHz. IF frequencies from 50MHz to 500MHz are supported. Typically, the device delivers an output third-order intercept point of +43dBm with high-side LO injection, or +37.5dBm with low-side LO injection at an ICC current of 190mA.
