Introduction

The ZMIQ-653H-E+ coaxial frequency mixer offers an RF and LO frequency range of 18~65 GHz and an IF frequency range of DC~20 GHz. The device can be used as an I/Q demodulator, image rejection mixer, and single sideband mixer. The mixer is packaged in a rugged 1.85 mm / 2.92 mm connector housing, suitable for assembled systems and laboratory use. The ZMIQ-653H-E+ internally incorporates Mini-Circuits' SMIQ-653H-DG+ die, making it ideal for performance evaluation of I/Q mixer bare dies.
