Introduction
M2A is a double balanced mixer designed for commercial and test equipment applications. The design utilizes a Schottky quad ring and wideband ferrite baluns for superior performance. Since the IF port is DC-coupled to the diodes, the mixer can also be used as a phase detector and/or biphase modulator. Environmental screening is available; consult factory. Electrical specifications: Z₀ = 50 Ω, LO = +7 dBm (downconverter applications only). M2AC specifications limits apply from 0℃ to +50℃.
