Introduction
The M50 is a triple-balanced mixer designed for commercial and test equipment applications. The design incorporates a Schottky quad ring diode and wideband soft-substrate baluns to achieve superior performance. Internal use of high-temperature solder and soldering assembly processes makes it well-suited for manual and semi-automated assembly.
