Introduction

M67 is a double-balanced mixer designed for commercial and test equipment applications. The design employs Schottky quad diodes and broadband soft dielectric and ferrite baluns to achieve superior performance. Since the IF port is DC-coupled to the diodes, this mixer can also be used as a phase detector and/or double-balanced modulator. Internal construction uses high-temperature solder and soldered assembly techniques, making it well-suited for manual and semi-automatic assembly use.
