Introduction
M77 is a double-balanced mixer featuring Schottky quad diodes and broadband soft-substrate and ferrite balun designs for superior performance. The IF port is DC-coupled to the diodes, making it suitable for use as a phase detector and/or biphase modulator. Internal construction uses high-temperature soldering and welded assembly processes, compatible with manual and semi-automatic assembly.
