Introduction
MC4113 is a double-balanced mixer designed for commercial and test equipment applications. The design employs a Schottky quad ring diode along with broadband soft-substrate and ferrite baluns to achieve superior performance. Since the IF port is DC-coupled to the diodes, this mixer can also be used as a phase detector and/or BPSK modulator. High-temperature solder and soldering assembly processes are used internally, making it well-suited for manual and semi-automated assembly.
