Introduction
MC4510 is a double-balanced mixer designed for commercial and test equipment applications. The design employs a Schottky quad ring diode with wideband soft substrate and ferrite baluns for superior performance. Since the IF port is DC-coupled to the diodes, the mixer can also be used as a phase detector and/or biphase modulator. Internal high-temperature solder and soldering assembly processes make it well-suited for manual and semi-automatic assembly. Environmental screening is available upon request.
