Introduction

This series of products are fully integrated sampled phase detectors, each containing a beam-lead silicon step recovery diode, a beam-lead DC blocking capacitor, and a pair of beam-lead series T-type low-barrier silicon Schottky diodes mounted on a ceramic substrate. The semiconductors and chip capacitors are protected by an epoxy encapsulant applied to the top surface of the ceramic substrate. These products are manufactured using proven diode fabrication and assembly processes that optimize diode characteristics for electrical performance and outstanding reliability. These low-profile, compact SMT components deliver RF and microwave signal performance superior to comparable chip-and-wire bonded discrete devices in leaded packages. These rugged devices are capable of reliable operation across all commercial and industrial applications.
