Introduction

Mini-Circuits' EP2-19+ is an MMIC 2-way 0° power divider/combiner designed for broadband operation from 15 to 25 GHz, supporting numerous applications requiring high performance across a wide frequency range, including phased array radar, 5G, and instrumentation. This model is housed in a 2×2 mm 6-pin QFN package, offering excellent power handling capability up to 0.63 W (as a divider/combiner), good isolation, and low phase and amplitude imbalance. Fabricated using GaAs IPD technology, the EP2-19+ delivers repeatable performance along with a high level of ESD protection.
