Introduction
RMK-3-332+ is a surface-mount frequency tripler that converts input frequencies from 700 to 1100 MHz to output frequencies from 2100 to 3300 MHz. The device offers a wide input power range, low conversion loss, and excellent adjacent harmonic suppression. Housed in a compact SMT package (0.25×0.31×0.16 in³), it is well-suited for high-density PCB layouts.
