Mini-Circuits' RCBT-63H+ is a surface-mount bias tee that delivers high DC voltage/current handling capability and low insertion loss across an extremely wide frequency range of 900 to 6000 MHz. This model handles RF input power up to +30 dBm (1 W), DC voltage up to +50 V, and DC current up to 2.5 A. The RCBT-63H+ comes in a compact 0.31×0.25-inch package, saving significant board space on customers' PCBs.
