ARW4333L is a low-cost broadband limiter operating from 0.03 to 2.5 GHz, with a maximum CW input power of 42 dBm, in-band insertion loss less than 0.25 dB, input/output port return loss better than 20 dB, and a response time of 55 ns. The device is housed in a compact DFN 2×2 SMT plastic package and is well-suited for a wide range of receiver front-end applications.
