The ARW4222 is a broadband high-power monolithic limiter operating over a frequency range of 0.02–4 GHz. It supports a maximum CW input power of 10 W, with in-band insertion loss less than 0.5 dB, input/output VSWR less than 1.4, leakage power below 15 dBm, response time of 20 ns, and recovery time of 200 ns. The device is housed in a QFN 3×3 mm² SMT plastic package, making it suitable for front-end applications in a wide range of receiver systems.
