— KA29222K is a LNA (Low Noise Amplifier)-IC integrated SW( SPDT) for 5GHz Band applications. — Realizing high performance by using 0.3μm CMOS process. — TX mode, RX mode / High Gain, RX mode / Low Gain are controlled by integrated CMOS logic circuit. — Achieving miniaturization by using small size Chip Size Package with solder bump.
