Introduction

The SKY66101-11 is a high-performance, highly integrated RF front-end module designed for high-power ISM band applications operating in the 902 to 928 MHz frequency range. The module is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility, featuring fully matched 50 Ω PA input and output, and digital control compatible with 1.6 to 3.6 V CMOS logic levels. The RF module operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.0 to 4.8 V, enabling it to accommodate a large portion of the battery discharge curve in battery-powered applications. The module is housed in a 36-pin, 6×6×0.9 mm multi-chip module package, achieving high manufacturability and a low-cost solution.
