Introduction

SKY66111-11 is a highly integrated front-end module designed for Bluetooth Low Energy range extension applications operating in the 2.4 to 2.485 GHz band. The device is housed in a 3.3×3.0×0.8 mm, 20-pin multi-chip module package. The functional block diagram and pin assignment diagram are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, respectively. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in Table 1.
