Introduction

The Qorvo QPF4550 is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed specifically for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. Its compact form factor and integrated matching minimize board area in applications. Performance is optimized around a PA tuned for 5V supply voltage, delivering maximum linear output power and leading throughput while reducing power consumption. The module also integrates on-chip filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics, along with 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation. The QPF4550 integrates a 5GHz PA, SP2T switch, and bypassable LNA into a single device.
