Introduction

The SKY66409-11 is a high-performance, fully integrated RF front-end module designed for Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth (including Bluetooth Low Energy) applications. The device is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility, integrating a power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, low-loss bypass path, T/R switch, and digital control circuitry compatible with 1.2V to 3.6V CMOS logic levels. The RF module operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, enabling the SKY66409-11 to accommodate the majority of the battery discharge curve in battery-powered applications. The module is housed in a 12-pin chip-scale package measuring 1.25mm × 1.7mm × 0.35mm.
