Introduction

SKY85743-21 is a highly integrated 5 GHz FEM incorporating a 5 GHz SPDT T/R switch, a 5 GHz high-gain LNA with bypass, and a 5 GHz PA for high-power 802.11ax applications and systems. LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in shutdown mode. An integrated logarithmic power detector provides closed-loop power control over a 20 dB dynamic range. The device is housed in a compact 24-pin 3×5 mm conformal shielded LGA package, reducing front-end board space by more than 50%.
