Introduction

XC3500M-20S is a low-profile, high-performance 20dB directional coupler in a new, easy-to-use, manufacturing-friendly surface mount package. It is designed specifically for WiMAX applications. The XC3500M-20S is particularly suited for power and frequency detection and VSWR monitoring applications where tight control of coupling and low insertion loss are required. It can be used in high-power applications up to 80 watts.

The component has undergone rigorous qualification testing and is manufactured using materials with CTEs matched to common substrates such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4003, and polyimide. The product is RoHS compliant and produced using a 6/6 tin immersion plating process.
