Introduction

EDC10-183+ is a 10 dB directional coupler operating over a frequency range of 6 to 18 GHz, housed in an MCLP 4×4mm, 24-pin package. It delivers excellent coupling flatness and good return loss across a wide bandwidth. The coupler also provides quadrature phase shift between the through-port and coupled-port signals. Fabricated using GaAs technology, this model offers relatively high performance repeatability.
