Introduction
The EDC21-24+ is a 21 dB directional coupler operating over a frequency range of 4 to 20 GHz, housed in a 4 x 4mm, 24-pin MCLP package. It delivers excellent coupling flatness and good return loss across a wide bandwidth. The coupler also provides a quadrature phase shift between the through-port and coupled-port signals. Fabricated using GaAs technology, this model offers relatively high performance repeatability.
