Introduction

The 1M803 Micro Xinger® is a low-profile, miniature 3dB hybrid coupler in an easy-to-use SMT package, designed for U-NII, ISM, and HiperLAN applications. The device is suitable for balanced amplifiers and signal distribution, making it an ideal solution to meet the wireless industry's growing demand for smaller PCBs and higher performance. Products undergo rigorous qualification testing and are 100% tested. They are manufactured using materials with a CTE compatible with common substrates such as FR4 and G-10. Available in two versions: 5Sn6Pb (1M803) and RoHS-compliant 6Sn6 immersion tin (1M803S). Electrical specifications are based on performance when the device is properly mounted on a microstrip PCB with a nominal impedance of 50Ω. Typical operating frequency range is 5.0 GHz to 6.0 GHz.
