Introduction

The XC1900E-03 is a low-profile, high-performance 3dB hybrid coupler in a new, easy-to-use, and easy-to-manufacture SMT package. It is designed for DCS and PCS band applications, particularly suited for balanced power amplifiers, LNAs, signal distribution, and other applications requiring low insertion loss with tight amplitude and phase balance. It supports high-power applications up to 120 watts. The device has undergone rigorous qualification testing, and the materials used in its construction have a coefficient of thermal expansion compatible with common substrates such as FR-4, G-10, RF-35, RO4350, and polyimide. RoHS-compliant 95Sn5Pb and 100Sn immersion surface finishes are available.
