Introduction

MHC21S03 is a low-cost, high-performance 3dB hybrid coupler in an easy-to-use surface mount package. The device is suited for Doherty power amplifiers, circularly polarized antennas, and other applications requiring low insertion loss with tight amplitude and phase balance. MHC21S03 is constructed from ceramic-filled PTFE composite material, offering excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All components are 100% RF tested.
