Introduction

MHC20X30 is a low-cost, high-performance 30 dB hybrid coupler in an easy-to-use SMT package. The device is ideal for Doherty power amplifiers, circularly polarized antennas, and other applications requiring low insertion loss with tight amplitude and phase balance. The MHC20X30 is fabricated using ceramic-filled PTFE composite material, offering excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All components are 100% RF tested.
